If you prefer balanced sound with equal amounts of deep bass, mixed with accurate transient response & less interference from the moving parts, resulting in an optimization of the sound carachter, then the AC woofers will cater to your audible senses.

The tall butylene rubber surround affixed to the ultra light aluminum cone, provides the flexibility needed to reproduce the sound which many SQ beings are fond of. Still it is able to satisfy those who love that thick deep bass in large quantities, although its main purpose is Hi-Fi with all its advantages & limitations.

While this process is undergoing, it is not recommended to apply full amplification power according to the woofers specs. Once the moving parts have been broken in, the performance of your subwoofer will increase.
